Moorman Karton binding cardboard is not just binding cardboard - it also contains foam. The material consists of three layers. The first layer is the base - the actual binding board with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm. The second layer is polyester foam rubber with a standard thickness of 2 and 3 mm and a weight of 60 and 90 g / m 2, respectively. On request, it is possible to produce thicker foam rubber for this layer. And the third layer is light blue felt paper with a density of 150 g / m 2. Moorman Karton bookbinding uses non-toxic PVA-based adhesives.
The cardboard is specially designed for the production of paperbacks for diaries, presentation products (folders, notebooks, etc.), as well as expensive bindings for books. Moorman Karton comes in 100 x 70, 100 x 80, 101 x 87.5 cm sheets.
